Made of thin stainless steel basin with reinforced bottom and 120.7 cm diameter.
The wooden platform allows air to circulate in the area below.

The atmometer is available with two different liquid level meters:
- High precision pressure transducer
- LVDT displacement sensor with float
- Floating temperature sensor for monitoring water surface temperature
- Wind speed sensor
- Animal fence netting
- Data acquisition system (FlexLog) and possible data transmission on the web
- Evaporation data management on web server
