The installation of the monitoring network for water salinity in Italian rivers is progressing. Today our technicians are on the banks of the Adige for the installation of three new measurement stations. The measurements will allow accurate analysis of the salt wedge in relation to the use of the water carried by the river.

To the stations already operating on the Livenza and the Piave, the new ones on the Adige are added, followed by installations on the Tagliamento and the great river Po. The data will be consulted by several entities connected to the use of water, both for human consumption and for irrigation.

We are proud to contribute to the construction of a monitoring network that will help us to be better prepared.
